Turns an Amazon VAT Calculation Report into the country-by-country figures for one quarterly Union OSS return.
Nothing is uploaded. The file is parsed in your browser and never leaves this device — no account, no server, no copy retained.
An OSS return is filed in euro, so each of these needs the European Central Bank reference rate published for — the last day of the period. If the ECB published no rate that day, use the first rate published after it.

OSS Ledger performs arithmetic on the file you supplied. It groups the rows Amazon marked as Union OSS supplies by country of consumption and VAT rate, converts non-euro amounts at the rate you entered, and sums them. It is not tax advice and does not check whether a rate, a place of supply or an OSS eligibility flag is correct.
Rows outside the Union scheme — domestic supplies, B2B reverse-charge, imports and non-EU destinations — are excluded and counted separately in the tiles above. Registration thresholds, corrections to earlier periods and bad-debt relief are out of scope.
Check the figures against your own records before submitting, and consult a qualified adviser on anything the file cannot answer. Responsibility for the submitted return remains with the taxable person.
